Eduardo Tubig Mutuc
Eduardo Mutuc, born in 1949 in Apalit, Pampanga, is a Kapampangan Manliklikha ng Bayan Awardee specializing in metalsmithing and sculpting religious and secular masterpieces using his pinukpuk technique. His works, including detailed retablos, mirrors, altars, and carosas, are displayed in churches and private collections. Mutuc's peak season is before Holy Week and Christmas. He uses silver, bronze, and wood, infused with inspiration from traditional secular and religious art designs, ensuring his creations stand out from afar.

Masino Intaray
Masino Intaray, a Filipino Poet, was born in 1943 in Makagawa Valley, Palawan. He was a skilled musician, poet, and storyteller known for his proficiency in local traditions such as Basal, Aroding, Babarak, Kudyapi, Kulilal, and Bagit. Intaray was awarded the Gawad sa Manlilikha ng Bayan in 1993 for his preservation of Indigenous customs, beliefs, rituals, and traditions. He passed on his skills to others to continue their legacy. Intaray passed away at the age of 70 due to complications from diabetes and multiple bouts of stroke.
